Outdoor Living Areas

 Captain’s Wheel is right on Lake Norman and features 207 feet of shoreline. You’ll enjoy all the beauty and amenities that this location offers. Relax on the oversized pier porch and listen to the water gently lapping against the posts. Or take a seat at the picnic table on the banks of the lake under a shady tree canopy. At night, a sandy fire pit makes for a great place for everyone to gather. A covered boat slip offers the perfect sanctuary for your boat. A grassy side yard offers the perfect place to play catch, a quick game of pickup football, or a cozy place to pitch a tent. A swim ladder makes it easy to get in and out of the lake, and an outdoor shower washes off the lake after  swim. Great steaks can be Char Broiled on the propane grill just outside the kitchen and screened, making it easy to have get-togethers in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor seating, including a pair of two-person hammocks, four gliders, a bench swing, and the comfortable chaise lounge.

 Lower Level - Family Room

 This lower level room is a great place for adults and teens to kick back and relax. Sprawl out on the leather seating area and take in a movie on the 36 inch TV with surround sound. Have fun in the gaming area, and open the doors to lead to the outside living space. Billiards, Ping-Pong, foosball, and air hockey are there for your competitive pleasure! In front of the fireplace are not only the red leather sofas, but a new pull out sofa-bed; a queen size sleeper and two very large tables for game playing. Speaking of game playing , a card table and felted game board are sure to please the card player!

 Bedroom 1 of 2  Lower Level

 The fourth bedroom on the lower level  walkout features a mahogany 4 poster king size bed. Notice the  double crown moulding with uplighting strips. This feature, in addition to the cobalt sconces, and dimmable fan lights, creates a "mellow mood". Bright lighting available by the 3 halogen lights above the bed.

A large closet provides shelving as well as, the chest back lit, those under the television, and side bed tables with drawers provide MORE than ample storage which prevents the house from becoming messy.

The closet space is MORE than sufficient for two vacationers, or executives!

 Bedroom 2  of 2 Lower Level

 Sleeps up to 4 depending upon your group/use preferences.

Here again, there are two cobalt dimmable sconces and double crown moulding uplit. A television rests upon a glass topped, hand painted desk with a mirror above for personal grooming.

The closet is not huge, but ample, especially for a week, or two!

The arty fan is controlled by wall switches dimmer controls.

This room is  versatility at it's best! Privacy for; a couple, teens, or 'young'ens as it provides bedding of one double, and two singles. Or, one can pop up the trundle and make the double HUGE!  This area is right off the vestibule, lake side, where you see a double six foot door and funky chandelier. 

 Laundry Room within the Bathroom

 The laundry room features porcelain tile floor, a FULL Size washer and brand new dryer Sport Duest. Be sure to clean the lint trap!.  The additional set is in the upper floor laundry room.

Bathroom

Again, there are tiled floors for  not only good lloks and clean lines, but very sanitary! This bathroom boasts of a large shower with Monster head, sink with vanity and commode  Choose exhaust fan, or heater during the colder months!
