The perimeter tree line provide a sense of privacy and calm. We left a fenced area in case the kids get out of line......oops, I mean, in case one needs a puppy run! The cul-de-sac is safe enough, but fences are great for training, or longer get-a-ways.
Re-entering from the rear yard onto another slate platform aids in keeping the dirt where it belongs and protects the wood flooring beyond. While renting, there are no pets allowed in the property and NO smoking. This house in not a good choice for a rowdy crowd, but a tasteful gathering, yes!! No brag, just fact; this cul-de-sac has WONDERFUL neighbors. They are a blessing to the community.
