Property Info

Wilmington, NC has been awaiting this one. This is value and style all rolled into one easy live, 3 bedroom home, having a large yard which is most suitable for pool use. The house has been completely renovated year 2007 with high end materials selected. Every door was primed and painted, every piece of moulding was added, or enhanced, new brushed stainless hardware, ceilings were scraped, mudded, sanded, primed and painted. Walls were removed to make a smoother transition from entry to living and dining. If you like a closed, divided, house, this may not be the one for you. The dining remains an individual entity, yet open to the entry for clear visuals. Windows, architectural moulding detail, and half wall to the kitchen maintain the open, yet defined feel, for finer dining and family friendliness.

Another 'hot spot' for snacky sort of dining is the kitchen pass through bar area....great for hang'en when the cook's in the kitchen. Eat, watch the flat screen, and chill by the fireplace ...all simultaneously without lifting a finger. Want to chat with the fellows? Lie back in the suede micro-fiber chaise and dim down the pendant to a soft glow, while listening to your latest CD with your feet up.

Cleaning and orderliness is a breeze for when foot traffic tracks in a simple swipe will do as the bamboo floors simply 'dust and glow', while the kitchen tile just takes a quick swipe with the mop. The same can be said for bedrooms and baths as they too are bamboo, and or, marble and stone. This is a house for a maid...she can arrive home and not 'work at home'!

Having all new stainless appliances (Kitchen Aid Ref. with ice and water up front, ceramic stove top slide in, DW, cool goose neck faucet, and instant hot water), tile backsplash, and laundry near (but separately roomed), the simplicity of maintaining the clean, quality, appearance is clearly a flash.

Look through the foyer door into the featured glass portal reflecting that dazzling tiered pendant light. After entering onto the slate foyer, one notices the stainless hall ceiling fixtures leading right through to the living room glass sliding doors and then pulling your eye right up toward the slate and glaze tiled fireplace, and there, you notice the fish tile swimming below the surfboard. Above the mantle are eye catching track hung directionals, and pendant lights, which highlight various architectural embellishments. The new modern style paddle fan under light globe spreads a warmth through the entire room for a full sweeping view across the woven bamboo wall and ceiling treatment. Flanking the fireplace is a large window to the right, and glass patio door to the left. Go ahead, walk on to the deck so that the yard is open to your inspection. Nice, made for a pool! The grounds here seem to have pool, cool forethought. Right here on the deck friends can surround you and the grill, sit at the table, and relax in the chairs while awaiting the succulent steaks that taste  like no other…because you’re the chef! The perimeter tree line provide a sense of privacy and calm. We left a fenced area in case the kids get out of line......oops, I mean, in case one needs a puppy run! The cul-de-sac is safe enough, but fences are great for training, or longer get-a-ways.

Re-entering from the rear yard  onto another slate platform aids in keeping the dirt where it belongs and protects the wood flooring beyond. Suddenly it is easy to see why the room was so inviting; the vaulted ceiling is not only dimensionally high, but is most profoundly so with the repeat of the tropical bamboo weave and the moulding enhancement. Feel that Color, color, color, splashes everywhere with a palette that pulls it together with a distinctive, yet relaxing flair. Right away one knows that water is neigh! Sand can stay on the beach for when chosen, but feet on the ground for living fun!

While renting, there are no pets allowed in the property and NO smoking. This house in not a good choice for a rowdy crowd, but a tasteful gathering, yes!! No brag, just fact; this cul-de-sac has WONDERFUL neighbors. They are a blessing to the community.

Walk on to the east side of the living quarters…..

Living Room

Although a gander was provided regarding the living area, a bit more can be said;

Sporting not one, but two deating areas, this living room offers a multitasking opportunity for both entertaining and casual living. Whether you are snacking, chatting with the cook, watching the moon close for the evening, reading, napping, watching television, or cozying up to the fireplace, this spacious area feels its comfort zone.

Nevertheless, if one chooses to re-arrange, it affords the space and configuration opportunities to 'try it out' at whim.

Kitchen

Write a detailed description of how the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in your kitchen away from home. How many place settings? Is there a microwave, dishwasher, or coffee maker? Is there a gas stove? Is there everything you would need to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner? Is there a view, granite counter tops or a breakfast bar?

Example:

This bright and inviting kitchen features copper pots hanging from the rafters – a perfect place to prepare a meal. With a refrigerator, oven and range, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, and toaster oven, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods. There’s even a Belgian waffle maker, perfect to prepare healthy breakfasts before a day at the slopes.

Dining Room

Here is a truly multifunctional dining area;

A nice table; you did what? It is cut in half, rolls to the side (homework and project time!) "Darling, guests are coming for dinner." Time to latch the two together and group the chairs around....fine dining at its best.

Two for tea? The cozy spot is right in front of the window where two can 'dine out' on the entry deck, and two can 'dine in' while remaining a cohesive group after opening the window and sharing the breeze and the soft murmur of conversation. Wine, or coffee, anyone? Morning, or evening, a designed nook of sorts.

Master Bedroom

Not a place to look and leave as the room draws you into wanting to touch the venetion plaster walls in the toilettries inset and check out the silver dolphin water faucets. The two cobalt blue glass vessel sinks are wall mounted, making them appear to 'float' with the stream of light flowing over their glistening form....a work of art.

Circular arty mirrors give that surprise element the keeps the focus where it should.....good grooming.

Walking in to the closet you can dress, hang, and leave without making a mess.

The tumbled tile stone floor in the commode and tub/shower area allows any mess easier to wipe sanitarily clean.

The queen bed with tempreture sensitive mattress affords a couple, or single, a restful night of peaceful sleep, and one can fall asleep while being entertained by the flat screen television conveniently placed for viewing.

Onward to the other 2 bedrooms and bath.....

Guest Room
Create a new paragraph for each room in the house and label each with either a name or the type of bedroom. Use labels such as “kid room”, “bunk room”, second master suite, the purple room and Bedroom 2. It is important to describe the size of the bedding in the room and if the room has a television. It is also important to note if the room has a private bath or a shared bath. Finally, it is good to note the location of the room. Is it on the main floor or upstairs? This is important information for people planning trips with elderly parents or someone who has difficulty getting around.

Example:

Second Bedroom
This first-floor bedroom was created with visiting grandparents in mind. The comfortable queen-size bed features a memory-foam topper and the attached bathroom is equipped with safety bars. With handcrafted furniture, gorgeous prints of the Aspen area, beautiful quilts, and a TV with DVD player, this room will be a haven for anyone – young or young at heart.
Third Bedroom
This first-floor bedroom features twin beds with matching quilts. Open the closet door and reveal a TV with DVD player as well as PlayStation, an ideal set-up for keeping young ones occupied.
Outdoor Living Areas

Is there a back deck or patio? Is there a fenced yard? Describe the landscaping and what you will find in the yard. Is there a gas BBQ or outdoor hot tub? Are there views? Is there privacy?

Example:

Cozy Cabin features a private balcony in the master bedroom and an expansive back porch on the first-floor. The porch features handcrafted rockers, and is a perfect place to curl up in a quilt with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Parking

Describe the parking at the home. Is there a garage and a driveway? How many cars can be comfortably be parked at the property.

Example:

The circular drive can accommodate three cars; more parking is available on the street.
