This two-bedroom vacation home was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Each room adheres to our great sense of form and function, offering a spectacular place for relaxation. The condo also offers first-floor access to the pool, lake, tennis, jogging trail, horseshoes, volleyball, deck,boat slip, and restaurants.

The beautiful kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and rich wood cabinets that make this a warm, wonderful space for preparing meals. Ceiling spotlights ensure that you’re never in the shadows in this beautiful kitchen.

The lovely great room encompasses the living and dining areas and is open to the kitchen. The living room is a wonderful space to relax after a long day of exploring. Sprawl out on the supple leather couch or easy chair in front of the fire, or turn on the 36 inch flat screen TV. Light blue and white walls and built in nooks and crannies make this an elegant room for entertaining or kicking back. Just over the counter from the kitchen is a table with four chairs, perfect for enjoying meals. The room features hardwood floors, plenty of windows to let in natural light, and French doors to the balcony which overlooks beautiful Lake Norman.

The master bedroom features soothing cream walls and smooth (not popcorn!) ceilings that sandwich the mellow light pecan floors and the deep rich wood tones in the sleigh bed and bureau.

Separate vanity and commode areas are soooo appreciated for practical multifunction, simultaneous, use.  An albaster faucet coordinates the mellow yellow walls, and its durable goods give longevity to both adornment, as well as, functionality of the stark black glass vessel sink and flip-over drain. Shelving starward, and bow, with additional basket pullouts in the walk-in closet. Necessary for good grooming is a mirror and this one swivels to offer an angle view and recess into a tidy spot. Porcelain and tumbled stone may be a bit more maintneance, but the 'feel' and durability override the effort put forth. We seal evereything regularly and sanitize well after every guest as the glass and stainless steel tiles we like to see sparkle, in addition to the necessity of being sterile. Lighting galore, and funkily sophisticated too! Sconces, pendants, recessed, ambient floating, and task lighting..check it out; bathroom pendant, sink above, recessed, wall scance, floating shelf under light, closet ceiling, and fan full directionals. So, if you wish to pull out the hidden slider marble top in the bureau; your laptop, cup of java, or a game, can be had with no marring of furniture. 

The silk comforter is button stitched embellishing an already textural feel of natural elegance (think how hard those little worms worked!) and pairs well with the chocolate, silk banded,blanket. Striped and woven decorative throw pillows top it off just like 'icing on the cake'.  Now, we can dim down the recessed lights and the fan, decrease the fan speed, and depart to anther room in the house......

The second bedroom features pale blue walls and a corn blue ceiling that evokes looking up at the sky when you’re laying in the exceptionally comfortable queen bed. Blonde wood floors contrast nicely with darker wood furniture, including bureau and bed frame. This room also features a television.

The private deck (what is this?)balcony, which is accessed from the great room, is a perfect place to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy some beautiful views. Look out at azalea bushes, the resort pool, groves of trees, and most spectacularly, beautiful Lake Norman. There is also a stainless steel grill on the deck, and all the necessary tools for cooking up some great grilled meals can be found in the kitchen.

Accurracy, sentence structure, awkward, repetitive,..draw a picture in the mind of the prospective guest.

Upon entering the cozy grandeaur of the Nautical Nook, one is drawn  outside to the awsome view of expansive, sparkling, water, glowing pool, breath taking sky, and comforting canopy of specimen trees; all edged by manicured garden beddings.  Cooking becomes entertainment while using the stainless steel grill for succulent steaks and burgers after a day skiing, or lounging around the pool. Use the 18 kt gold china and cobalt stemware for an elegant evening delight. After embibing the best..a walk around the grounds and shoreline might take off 'the edge' and lead you to the Harbour Cafe' (a short walk away) to exchange good conversation with business execs., vacationers, and locals. Here one can eat inside, or out, and oversee the boatslip that can also be rented for your personal RV, or other recreational rental. The FOOD and FRIENDS here are FANTASTIC!
